Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions that apply to all Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Cards issued by Bay Pharmacy Pty Ltd ABN 88 617 600 861

It is recommended that you read this document carefully before using the Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card.

Terms and Conditions

1. The following terms have the following meanings in this document:
   1. Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card means the gift card that you have purchased or received;
   2. Issue Date means the date noted on your Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card;
   3. A reference to “we” or” us” is a reference to Bay Pharmacy Pty Ltd ABN 88 617 600 861 Business; and
   4. A reference to” you“ or “your” is a reference to the person who is in possession of the Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card at the relevant time for the purposes of these Gift Card Terms and Conditions, or who authorises another person to do something with or to the Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card on their behalf.
      
      
2. These terms and conditions apply to each Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card issued.
   
   
3. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem an Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Gift Card Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations; and not to use the Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card in any way that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, unfair or causes harm or damage to any other person.
   
   
4. If you give the Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card to another person, then you must ensure the person to whom you gave the Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card is aware of these Gift Card Terms and Conditions, as well as the Remaining Gift Card Value and expiry date of the Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card.
   
   
5. The Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card is redeemable in whole or in part for goods or services sold in a participating Pharmacy Business.
   
   
6. The Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card cannot be redeemed for purchases online.
   
   
7. The Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card is valid for two (2) years from the Issue Date.
   
   
8. The Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for the payment of credit or retailer accounts.
   
   
9. The Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card cannot be reloaded.
   
   
10. The Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card cannot be used to purchase prescription items
    
    
11. Where the cost of a purchase exceeds the value displayed on the Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card value, you will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.
    
    
12. No change can be given to customer if the full amount of the Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card is not used. This transaction will cancel any remaining balance.
    
    
13. Treat the Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Card like cash.
    
    
14. Bayside Pharmacy Practice cannot cancel the card if you report it has been lost or stolen.
    
    
15. Bayside Pharmacy Practice accepts no responsibility for defaced, damaged, altered, lost or stolen Bayside Pharmacy Practice Gift Cards and will not take any responsibility, or replace, or refund, if damaged, lost or stolen.
    
    
16. Bayside Pharmacy Practice reserve the right to suspend or cancel gift cards without notice if there is suspected or proven fraudulent use.
    
    
17. Bayside Pharmacy Practice reserves the right to change any of the terms contained in these Gift Card Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is reasonably required and agrees to provide you with at least 30 days’ advance notice of such changes. Bayside Pharmacy Practice l will give you notice by posting the changes to https://baysidepharmacy.com.au.
